Arsenal target Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap

Arsenal are interested in g Liam Delap from Ipswich Town in the summer transfer window, according to Football Transfers. The North London club are determined to sign a new striker and have added Delap to their shortlist.

Delap has been on the books of Ipswich since the summer of 2024 when he ed from Premier League champions Manchester City. The England Under-21 international striker has scored 12 goals and given two assists in 32 Premier League appearances for the Tractor Boys so far this season. Ipswich are on the verge of getting relegated to the Championship, having picked up just 21 points from 33 games so far this season.

Football Transfers has revealed that Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins is also on Arsenal’s shortlist for the summer. The Gunners, who have reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League this season, tried to sign Watkins in the January transfer window, but the Villans turned down their advances.
