Arsenal are interested in g Lautaro Martinez from Inter Milan in the summer transfer window, according to Football Insider. The report has claimed that the Gunners are planning to open talks over a deal for the Argentina international striker.
Martinez is one of the best strikers in the world. Arsenal’s incoming sporting director Andrea Berta is a big fan of the World Cup winner with Argentina and wanted to sign him for Atletico Madrid when he was in charge of recruitment at the Spanish club.
The 27-year-old has been at Inter since 2018 and has developed into a superb striker. Martinez has scored 146 goals and given 49 assists in 329 matches in all competitions for the Serie A club. The striker has scored 17 goals and provided six assists in 38 appearances so far this season.
