Valencia secured the second place in the group with a resounding win over Bursaspor, scoring a hatful of goals against the powerless Turks.

Juan Mata opened the scoring from the penalty spot before Roberto Soldado scored the first of his two goals midway through the first half to set his side on the road to victory.

Aritz Aduriz, Joaquin and Alejandro Dominguez also got on the scoresheet, whereas Pablo Batalla made sure his name appear in Bursaspor history books by scoring the first ever Champions League goal for the Turkish club.
