Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has denied reports that they have made a move for Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder David Beckham.
The England international midfielder has been linked with Spurs, Chelsea, Manchester City and a return to Italian giants AC Milan on loan.
“David Beckham is a fantastic player, and an amazing professional,” the Spurs boss told Sky Sports News.
“There’s no truth in those stories. No enquiries have been made by us.
“I don’t know where those stories came from.”
Beckham has previously made it clear he would only return to the Premier League in order to play for his former club Manchester United, but reports claim he is now open to ing other English clubs as well.
